Booking and payment
The service is provided by IMMOBILIARE ANTOEL S.R.L. (Il Tramonto), registered office Via Introzzi 2, 21057 Olgiate Olona (VA), VAT number and tax code 13280700967. The accommodation is registered as a B&B; identification codes (CIR): apartment 1: 012108-LIM-00001; apartment 2: 012108-LIM-00002; apartment 3: 012108-LIM-00003; apartment 4: 012108-LIM-00004. A booking made on this site is confirmed straight away, with no waiting: we show you the code that identifies it and send you a confirmation email. The base rate is €90 a night for the whole apartment, up to 4 guests, breakfast at the bar included; in some periods it may vary, and the exact total is always shown before you confirm. You pay online by card when you book, through Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers. This English text is provided for your convenience: the contract is governed by Italian law and, in case of any discrepancy, the Italian version of this page prevails.
Arrival and departure
Check in from 3pm, check out by 10am. There is no reception: keys are collected and left at the bar, open every day from 7 am to 10 pm; outside those hours, we agree it beforehand. At check in we are required by law to record a valid identity document for every guest. Only adults may enter into the contract.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival, refunded in full to the card you paid with. After that, what you paid is not refundable. The refund leaves straight away and reaches your statement within a few working days. For accommodation booked for specific dates, the fourteen day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases does not apply (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).
How we ask guests to behave
The apartments sit above a bar, in a building where people live: after 10pm we ask you to keep your voice down. No smoking indoors. Any damage is charged to the guest. Pets are not allowed.
Liability
Each apartment has its own entrance and its own key. We are not liable for valuables left unattended. The liability set out in articles 1783 and following of the Italian Civil Code continues to apply.

Personal data is processed as described in this site’s privacy notice and in Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
